Envirotech Services Limited was tasked with the mechanical fit out of V Health Club in Mayfair, London. This project required a full strip-out to the core structure, followed by a comprehensive redesign, installation, and commissioning of state-of-the-art systems to enhance the facility.

Key installations included:

• Mitsubishi VRF System: A new Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system was installed for superior and efficient climate control, ensuring a comfortable environment for members.
• Ductwork: New ductwork was introduced to serve various spaces using the existing Air Handling Units (AHUs) and extract fans, optimizing airflow throughout the club.
• Ventilation Grilles: New ventilation grilles were fitted to enhance aesthetics while providing sufficient airflow for the different areas.
• In-Line Electric Heater Batteries: New In-Line electric heater batteries were installed, to ensure reliable heating to areas, during times when the health club is open outside of the landlords boiler plant operational hours.
• Above-Ground Drainage System: A completely new above-ground drainage system was installed to accommodate the revamped layout of the showers, toilets, plunge pool, and sauna.
• BMS Panel Modifications: Modifications were made to the existing Building Management System (BMS) panels to integrate with the new mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring smooth operations.

This substantial refurbishment was designed to offer a high-end, luxurious experience for V Health Club members.
