Overview

Envirotech Services Limited recently completed a comprehensive renovation project covering 5 floors at Fenchurch Street. The project involved major alterations to the LTHW and chilled water systems as well as the reconfiguration of ductwork throughout the building to accommodate a new CAT B fitout. Notable additions to the space comprised of the installation of 7 new tea points, a commercial kitchen and a multi-faith room.

Outcome

The successful completion of this renovation project has resulted in enhanced functionality and efficiency across all 5 floors. Key achievements include the successful relocation of existing FCU’s and the addition of new units as required. Additionally, leak detection systems have been installed in all tea points and kitchen areas, with solenoid valves effectively controlling water shut-off. The integration of indoor units with run and standby functionality, coupled with CO2 sensors and local room controls, ensures optimal environmental conditions within the office space and open plan areas.
