High-Quality Mechanical Fit-Out for a Commercial Space
We’re in the final stages of a comprehensive mechanical fit-out project where we were responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of the entire system. The core of this project involved implementing Panasonic VRV systems connected to multiple ducted fan coil units.
A key aspect of the brief was to ensure an exceptionally high-quality installation, as all services remain exposed. To achieve a unique aesthetic, the ductwork was specifically over-clad, contributing to the overall visual appeal of the space.
In addition to the HVAC systems, our scope of work also included the provision of new male and female toilet blocks, a dedicated shower area, and multiple tea points, all designed and installed to the same high standards.
