Overview
One New Change, a multi-tenant building, underwent significant upgrades on the 3rd floor to facilitate a new CAT A fitout. This involved intricate modifications and installations to enhance the mechanical services throughout the building.
Outcome
The completion of upgrades at One New Change marks a significant enhancement in its mechanical services infrastructure. Key works included the installation of new four pipe fan coil units, modifications to the LTHW heating and chilled water systems, as well as upgrades to the fresh air supply and extract ventilation systems. Additionally, the project involved the installation of new secondary ductwork, plenums and diffusers, along with modifications to the Building Management Control System (BMS) and HIUs. Leak detection services were also implemented to WC areas, ensuring comprehensive functionality and efficiency.
