Envirotech Services Limited was tasked with a complete refurbishment of the Astra Zeneca LV6 West Office space, transforming it into brand newly spacious and courteous office space. This project required a partial strip-out to the core structure, followed by a comprehensive redesign, installation, and commissioning of state-of-the-art systems to enhance the facility.

Key installations included:

• Ductwork: New ductwork was introduced to serve various spaces using the existing and New Fan Coil Units and New Extract fans, optimizing airflow throughout the office.
• Ventilation Grilles: New ventilation grilles were fitted as well as keeping some of the old ones to enhance aesthetics while providing sufficient airflow for the different areas.
• LTHW and CHW Services: New LTHW and CHW pipework was introduced to existing and new FCUs, optimizing needs and demands of new FCU System Installed.
• Public Health System: A completely new pumped draining system to existing dedicated Soil Stacks as well as domestics cold and hot water supplies to accommodate the revamped layout of the Tea Point.
• BMS Modifications: Modifications were made to the existing Building Management System (BMS) panels to integrate with the new mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring smooth operations.

This substantial refurbishment was designed to offer a high-end, luxurious experience for Astra Zeneca Office Workers, marking a significant upgrade from its previous form.
